    Description:

    A high solids, quick-dry, general purpose air dry enamel that is used as a self-priming finish coat. Carbocoat 8215 has exceptional application characteristics, fast dry properties and very good corrosion protection as a direct to metal coating. Is used as an OEM finish for a variety of applications. It Is also recommended for light to moderate industrial use for new construction or maintenance.

    Description:

    Carbocrete 4020 is a high-strength, microsilica modified repair mortar designed to repair and resurface deteriorated concrete surfaces exposed to severe and aggressive environments. Ideal for vertical, horizontal, and overhead applications, the dense design matrix provides low permeability, restores structural integrity, and can withstand environments with a pH of 3 or higher.

    Description:

    This extremely durable and chemically resistant cladding utilizes a multi-step curing process that incorporates chemically-fused glass flake reinforcing in a highly cross-linked polyester matrix. The resultant layer is an extremely durable barrier against a variety of exposures including marine, fresh water, salt water, both mineral and organic acids, bleach solutions, and free chlorine. The multi-layer glass-flake reinforcement greatly impedes the penetration of water and other corrosives making this system extremely long performing.

    Description:

    Carboguard 60 is a high solids, versatile, abrasion resistant, chemical resistant, and corrosion resistant coating. It can be used as a primer, intermediate coat, or self-priming finish over steel or inorganic zinc primers. May be topcoated with itself, or a broad variety of high performance finish coats. This product has excellent wetting properties giving it the capability of going over marginally prepared substrates. It is ideal for maintenance and fabrication shop applications. An optional Glass Flake (GF) additive or micaceous iron oxide (MiO) additive can be purchased separately and may be used to enhance film strength for more abusive applications for severe marine or heavy industrial uses. Consult Technical Service for suitability as a lining or other exposures.

Suitable for both maintenance and new construction projects due to its excellent surface wetting characteristics and quick cure for handling. May also be used for immersion in fresh or salt water (marine) exposures. Meets IMO performance for ballast tanks for marine vessels.
