    Description:

    A high-performance, high build, chemical, and corrosion-resistant, UL category XKXC2 approved epoxy mastic topcoat optimized for use in Thermo-Lag E100 and Thermo-Lag 3000 series fire resistive applications required to meet class I-A criteria per ANSI/UL 2431. It demonstrates outstanding adhesion and offers maximum protection against severe weather conditions, corrosion, moisture penetration, and general industrial environments.

    Description:

    An insulative coating designed to provide cryogenic protection for structural steel, vessels, piping and ductwork operating at temperatures between -40°F (-40°C) and 175°F (79°C). This product can be utilized as a base coat with Carboline fireproofing materials to provide combined insulation and fire protection to substrates exposed to a cryogenic spill followed by a hydrocarbon fire.

    Description:

    A medium density, Portland cement based, cementitious fireproofing that is mixed with clean, potable water onsite before application and spray applied to the substrate. It provides 1-4 hour fire protection for structural steel members and upgrades the fire resistance of existing concrete. It can also be used as a thermal barrier over polyurethane foam. Recommended areas of application include pharmaceutical facilities, pulp and paper mills, nuclear and conventional power plants, factories, warehouses, stadiums, institutional and biomedical facilities and acoustical applications.

    Description:

    Thermo-Lag 3000-P is a flexible, two-component epoxy Intumescent Fireproofing coating designed to provide asset integrity from the damaging effects of hydrocarbon fires. Since 1999 Thermo-Lag 3000-P has provided fire protection in the harshest of environments, such as oil, gas, refineries, power, marine, petrochemical, and LNG facilities. Thermo-Lag 3000-P has been extensively and independently tested in accordance with: UL 1709, UL 2431 Category I-A, ISO 834-3, IMO FTP Code (IMO A.754(18) for H-0, H-60 & H-120 Divisions, ASTM E84, ASTM E119, ISO 20340, NORSOK M-501 5A Fire and Corrosion Testing, and NFPA 290 (extended to 150 minutes).
